Integrate Todoist with Google Calendar, Dropbox, Zapier, and many more. Todoist apps are available on web, mobile devices (iOS, iPad & Android), desktops (Windows, Mac, Linux), email inboxes (Gmail & Outlook), and web browsers (Google Chrome, Firefox, & Safari). Todoist is available on every device and integrates with many third party work and productivity apps. Adding one-off or recurring tasks on the go is easy with natural language such as "Review latest product design on Tuesday" or "Check marketing spend every last Friday at 10am". In Todoist, every user can take control of their own work productivity by combining powerful labels, filters, and sorting to create productivity workflows that suite them. Users can manage projects and collaborate with other team members using the board or list view. I believe that Todoist’s founder u/amix3k is also a subscriber (Superhuman is often visible on Amir’s screenshots on Twitter).Todoist is a to-do list and task manager for professionals and small businesses.Ĭombining tasks, projects, comments, attachments, notifications, and more, Todoist lets users streamline their personal and team productivity and work more effectively. When I first subscribed I incurred an issue with the iPad app which kept crashing and I had a one-to-one email exchange with one individual from their team and the issue was quickly resolved. If your job does not involve sending and receiving a large volume of email then Superhuman is not for you.Īlso, support is second to none. Their target market is busy professionals and while the 30 minute interview may seem to be excessive/intrusive once they run through the app with you and understand your workflow you will find new ways of being more productive. I agree that $30 per month is not a trivial sum but for me this is a pure business cost and given that I spend much of my day in email and anything that can save me as much time and increase productivity as Superhuman has, then it is worth it to me. Much of the functionality can be achieved by using Gmail and numerous extensions but you end up with a slow and clunky app that is nowhere near as speedy and rewarding to use on a day-to-day basis. I had similar reservations before I signed up but I have to say that Superhuman is the app that is the most valuable to me in terms of productivity. If you're still here, thanks for reading! I want to be a paying customer with support and development. I don't mind paying for the client, even subscription. I haven't checked how it works now, and don't want to spend 50$ just to check. Newton covered all of this for me before, but dies and rises like a phoenix every other day. Also, 3rd party clients often have better GUI and "workflow". Apple mail can generate native links on MacOS through some scripting, but these don't work on iOS, and you can't generate links there. It often had great trouble gathering mails in threads. Airmail is dead, there doesn't seem to be any updates.
